Opening in January 2008, Pocono Mountain Lakes Realty began its journey with a small office in the West End of the Pocono Mountains, in Broadheadsville Pennsylvania. With just five agents, two of whom were the owners of the business, Pocono Mountain Lakes Realty quickly made its mark and emerged as a new leader in the Pocono Real Estate Market. While many long-running offices began to close, Pocono Mountain Lakes Realty, or PMLR, only continued to grow. Along with being voted “Greatest Real Estate Company Around the Poconos” for two consecutive years, PMLR opened a larger office in Blakeslee, PA in 2010. Due to greater demand, PMLR opened another office two years later in Jim Thorpe on PA Rte. 903, to service the Carbon County corridor of the Poconos. PMLR has no plans of slowing down: July 2018 ushered in the birth of yet another office location for the company, servicing the Northern Tier of the Pocono Mountains and NY State, in Hamlin, PA. In the year 2020 life was not all chaos as Pocono Mountain Lakes Realty Purchased a new Office Building right around the corner from Lake Wallenpaupack in Hawley PA moving from the Hamlin location to be closer to The Lake! From Pike and Wayne County to Lackawanna and Luzerne, our central location in Hawley will allow our professional realtors to assist buyers, sellers, investors, short-term rental homeowners, and vacationers in accomplishing all of their real estate goals.
